Lisa Macha
After 25+ years as a litigator, I traded in my BMW for a minivan to continue raising our two children. In 2017 our family relocated from Westlake Village, California to Westfield, Indiana, where both our children completed high school at Guerin Catholic. As the empty nest approached I explored my newfound interest in oil painting, and fell in love. I am grateful to have studied under the professional guidance of generous master painters like Penny Roberson, Deb Slack, Randall Harden, and Rita Spalding. I have exhibited work in the juried competitions sponsored by Steuben Arts Scene in Angola, Indiana and by Ignite Gallery in Fishers, Indiana. I am a member of Noblesville Creates and recently won “Honorable Mention” in their 2023 “Prized” competition for my oil painting “Strut.”
One of the most rewarding parts of this new adventure has been the sentimental joy my commissioned art pieces have elicited. I am thrilled to show my art here at Art on Main Gallery and Gifts. I also remain available for commission as time allows. I currently work out of my home studio in Westfield which I share with my husband, two Peekapoos and a 165 lb Cane Corso. I am absolutely blessed and hugely grateful to have this opportunity to share my artistic voice with you!
